What makes Duconspace products unique?
Every item is made-to-order with your personalization. Our creative studio in Hanoi, Vietnam designs the artwork, while global fulfillment partners in the US, EU, UK, AU, VN, CN (and more) produce and ship your order. Duconspace is operated by Blackants LLC (USA) for payments and legal operations.
How long does production take?
Production typically takes 2–5 business days. Highly customized designs or seasonal peaks may add a little time.
What are the estimated shipping times?
- United States: 5–10 business days (after production)
- European Union & United Kingdom: 7–14 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 7–14 business days
- Vietnam & Asia-Pacific: 5–12 business days
- Rest of World: 10–20 business days
Note: These are estimates. Delays can occur due to customs, carrier schedules, or peak seasons.
Do you provide tracking?
Yes. As soon as your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Yes—within 6 hours of purchase. After this window, production may have started and changes/cancellations might not be possible.

What is your return & refund policy for personalized items?
Because our products are personalized, we generally cannot accept returns due to change of mind or customer input errors. You are eligible for a replacement or refund if your order is defective, incorrect, or lost in transit.

How do I report a problem with my order?
Please email us within 7 days of delivery at support@duconspace.com with your order number, a brief description, and clear photos showing the issue (defect/damage/incorrect item). We’ll review and assist promptly.
What image quality do you need for custom designs?
For best results, provide clear, high-resolution photos (original files from your phone or camera). Avoid screenshots or images pulled from social media if possible.
Do you accept exchanges for size or personalization mistakes?
We cannot accept exchanges for customer-selected size or personalization errors once production begins. Please double-check names, dates, sizes, and options before checkout. If our team made a mistake, we’ll replace it at no cost.
Who pays customs duties or import taxes?
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes charged by the destination country.
What payment methods do you accept?
We process payments securely through our US-registered entity, Blackants LLC, using trusted payment providers (e.g., Shopify Payments, PayPal, Stripe). Your card details are encrypted and never stored by us.
I entered the wrong shipping address. What can I do?
Contact us immediately at support@duconspace.com. If the order is still within the 6-hour modification window, we can update the address. After production or shipment, changes may not be possible.
My tracking shows delivered but I didn’t receive the package.
Please check with household members, neighbors, or your building management, and verify the address. If still missing, contact us and we’ll help escalate with the carrier.
