Orders & Personalization
Choose your product, customize it using the “Personalize” or preview tool on the product page, then add it to your cart and proceed to checkout. Follow the on-screen steps to complete your payment securely.
Yes. Many products include a “Personalize” and/or “Preview” feature so you can see how your design looks before you place your order. Please carefully review names, dates, photos, and other details prior to checkout.
You can request a cancellation or modification within 2 hours of placing your order. After that, your order may already be in production and changes are no longer guaranteed.

If the mistake is due to our production (wrong design, printing error, missing details), we will send a free replacement.
If the details were entered incorrectly during ordering, we may offer a discounted replacement option depending on the case. Please contact us with your order number and photos if needed.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Australia, and many other regions. Shipping availability and rates are shown at checkout.
Most items require 2–4 business days for production. After that, delivery within the U.S. typically takes 7–10 business days. International orders may take longer depending on location and customs.

We work with trusted logistics partners such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, YunExpress, EMS, and local postal services, depending on your shipping address and product type.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. You can also track your order via our tracking page: duconspace.com/apps/tracking-order.
Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to update after shipment.
To speed up fulfillment, different products may be produced and shipped from different facilities. If you ordered multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages and on different days.
Products & Quality
All Duconspace products are made-to-order. We use professional print-on-demand production partners in the U.S. and internationally to create each item only after you place an order.
We strive for accurate color reproduction, but small variations may occur due to screen settings and printing methods. This is normal for printed and personalized items.
Most of our catalog is designed for personalization — from names and messages to custom characters, pets, and photos. Available options are shown on each product page.
Returns, Replacements & Refunds
Because our items are personalized and made-to-order, we do not accept general returns for change of mind or incorrect details entered at checkout. However, we do offer replacements or refunds for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Please email us at support@duconspace.com within 30 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
- A short description of the problem
Once verified, we will arrange a free replacement or an appropriate solution.
Once a refund is approved, it is typically processed within 1–3 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take an additional 5–10 business days to post the amount back to your account.
Payments & Billing
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), as well as digital wallets such as PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and others supported by Shopify Payments.
Yes. Our checkout is powered by Shopify and uses SSL encryption and PCI-DSS–compliant payment processing. We never store your full credit card details on our servers.
Payments can be declined due to incorrect billing details, insufficient funds, card restrictions, or bank security checks. Please verify your information, try another card or method, or contact your bank for more details.
