Duconspace products are personalized and made to order. Customers may request a cancellation or modification within 2 hours of purchase.
Requests Accepted Within 2 Hours
Within 2 hours of purchase, customers may request:
- order cancellation;
- personalization corrections;
- delivery-address corrections;
- product, size, color, or variant changes; or
- photo or design changes supported by the product.
Send the request to support@duconspace.com. Include the order number, checkout email, and the exact requested change.
Requests Made After 2 Hours
After 2 hours, modifications and cancellations are not guaranteed. The order may already be in design preparation, production, fulfillment, or shipment. We will attempt to help when operationally possible, but we cannot promise a change after production has started.
Cancellation Refunds
If an eligible cancellation is approved before production, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. The payment provider may require an additional 5–10 business days to post the credit.
