Overview
Because each Duconspace product is custom-made and printed on demand, we process orders quickly to begin production. For this reason, cancellations and modifications are only possible within a limited time frame.
Order Cancellation
- You may cancel your order within 6 hours of purchase by contacting us at support@duconspace.com.
- After 6 hours, production may have started and we cannot guarantee cancellation.
Refunds for Approved Cancellations
- If your cancellation request is approved within 6 hours, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement (depends on your bank/card provider).
Order Modification
- Personalization details (names, dates, images, text) and shipping information can be modified within 6 hours of purchase.
- After this window, modifications may not be possible because the item is already in production.
Exceptions
- If there is an error on our part (e.g., incorrect design applied, duplicate order placed by mistake), we will work with you to resolve the issue even if the 6-hour window has passed.
