At Duconspace, all items are made-to-order and personalized specifically for each customer. Therefore, we kindly ask that you review your order carefully before submitting it. Please read our policy below regarding cancellations and modifications.

🕐 Order Cancellation

• You may request a cancellation within 2 hours of placing your order.
• After 2 hours, your order may already be in production and cannot be canceled.
• To cancel an order, please email us as soon as possible at support@duconspace.com with your order number.

✏️ Order Modification

You may request to update details such as:

• Personalization (e.g., names, dates, custom messages)
• Shipping address corrections
• Product variant changes (e.g., size, color)

Time limit: Modification requests must be sent within 2 hours of purchase. After that, we can’t guarantee changes as your order may already be in production or shipped.

We will do our best to accommodate changes if your request is received in time.

📌 How to Request a Cancellation or Modification

• 🧾 Your order number
• ✏️ What you want to change or cancel
• 📍 Your full shipping address

Once we receive your request, we will confirm whether the change or cancellation is possible and notify you by email.

🚫 Exceptions

We are unable to cancel or modify orders in the following cases:

• Requests made after the 2-hour window
• Orders that have already entered production or shipping
• Custom orders with finalized mockups or proofs approved by the customer
