    All items offered on Duconspace are made-to-order. When you place an order, our team prints and prepares each item one by one to ensure the highest quality and customization accuracy.

    We collaborate with trusted artists, designers, and manufacturers around the world. This helps us provide competitive pricing while maintaining a high production standard. Delivery times may vary depending on the product type and destination.

    📦 Shipping & Handling

    During peak seasons — Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Independence Day, Halloween, Christmas, and other holidays — processing and delivery times may be extended by a few days.

    • Lack of tracking updates typically means the package is still in transit to the next scanning facility.
    • If your estimated delivery window has passed, contact our team — we’re happy to assist.
