All items offered on Duconspace are made-to-order. When you place an order, our team prints and prepares each item one by one to ensure high quality and personalization accuracy.

We work with carefully selected third-party production partners worldwide to manufacture and ship our made-to-order products. This helps us offer fair pricing while maintaining consistent production standards. Delivery times may vary depending on the product type and destination.

Shipping carriers: USPS, FedEx, DHL, UPS, EMS, YunExpress, and local postal services. Carriers are assigned automatically based on destination and logistics availability.

Orders are processed as soon as the payment is confirmed.

During peak seasons — Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Independence Day, Halloween, Christmas, and other holidays — processing and delivery times may be extended by a few days.

  • International orders may take longer due to customs processing. We do not have control over customs delays.
  • Once shipped, a tracking link will be sent to your email so you can follow your package in real time.

Order Tracking

  • A tracking link will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped.
  • Please allow 3–7 business days for the carrier to update initial scans.
  • Lack of tracking updates typically means the package is still in transit to the next scanning facility.
  • If your estimated delivery window has passed, contact our team — we’re happy to assist.

Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase.
  • We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has been processed.
  • If a carrier reroute is requested and the package becomes lost, stolen, or damaged, we may be unable to offer a replacement or refund.
