Return & Refund Policy

Overview

At Duconspace, every item is made-to-order with your custom design, so we want you to love what you receive. This policy explains when and how returns or refunds may apply.

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

Because our products are personalized and printed on demand, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges unless there is a problem caused by us or our fulfillment partners.

You are eligible for a replacement or refund if:

  • The item you received is defective (printing errors, damaged on arrival, poor quality).
  • The item is incorrect (wrong product, wrong design, wrong size compared to your order).
  • The item is lost in transit and not delivered within the guaranteed time frame.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Customer errors (wrong size, wrong personalization text/image submitted).
  • Change of mind after the product has been produced.

Reporting an Issue

If you believe there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following:

  • Your order number.
  • A clear photo of the product showing the defect, damage, or mistake.
  • A description of the issue.

Refunds

  • Once your claim is approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card provider.
  • In some cases, we may offer a replacement item instead of a refund, based on your preference.

Replacements

If eligible, we will send a replacement product at no extra cost. Production and shipping times will be the same as a new order.

Cancellations & Modifications

  • Orders can be canceled or modified within 6 hours of purchase.
  • After production has started, we cannot cancel or modify the order.

Shipping Costs

  • We cover return shipping costs only if the error is ours (defective/incorrect item).
  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs if returning items without an approved claim.
