At Duconspace, your satisfaction is our priority. Each item is made-to-order and personalized just for you. Because of the custom nature of our products, we do not accept general returns. However, if there’s an issue with your order, we’re always here to help resolve it promptly.

📦 Order Preview & Responsibility

  • Each product page includes a “Personalize” button so you can customize before purchase.
  • On the cart page, you’ll also find a “Preview” button to review your design before checkout.
  • Please double-check all personalized details (names, dates, messages, sizes) before placing your order.

Note: We cannot accept responsibility for errors made by the customer during personalization.

✅ Free Replacement Eligibility

We offer a free replacement (no return required) if:

  • You received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item
  • Your order arrived with missing components or printing errors due to our mistake

To request a replacement, email support@duconspace.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos showing the issue
  • A short explanation of the problem

🚫 What Cannot Be Refunded or Replaced

  • Incorrect shipping address provided by customer
  • Customer refused the package or was unavailable to receive it
  • Lost package marked as “Delivered” due to unsecured address
  • Wrong size, color, or design selected by customer (please check our size chart before ordering)

💵 Discounted Replacement Option

We may offer a discounted replacement (not free) if:

  • Customer ordered the wrong design, size, or color
  • The package was returned/destroyed due to invalid address

Please contact us to check if your case qualifies.

📅 Timeframe for Requests

  • Please contact us within 30 days of delivery to qualify for a replacement.
  • Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

⏱️ Processing Time for Refunds

  • Approval & processing: 1–3 business days
  • Bank/credit card posting: 5–10 business days (depends on payment method)
