Return & Refund Policy

At Duconspace, your satisfaction is extremely important to us. Every item is made-to-order and personalized specifically for each customer. Because of this custom nature, we are unable to accept general returns or cancellations once production has begun.
However, if there is an issue with your order, we are committed to resolving it quickly and fairly.


Order Preview & Customer Responsibility

  • Each product page includes a “Personalize” feature so you can customize before purchasing.
  • On the cart page, you may review your personalized item using the “Preview” button.
  • Please ensure that all personalized details (names, images, dates, messages, sizes, etc.) are correct before completing your order.

Free Replacement (No Return Required)

We will provide a free replacement in the following situations:

  • The product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • The item contains printing errors or missing components caused by our production process.

To request a replacement, please contact us at support@duconspace.com with the following:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photo(s) of the issue
  • A short description of the problem

Our team will review your request within 24 hours and issue a replacement if eligible.


Situations Not Eligible for Refund or Free Replacement

  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
  • Package unable to be delivered due to customer unavailability or refusal
  • Package marked as “Delivered” but missing due to unsecured delivery locations
  • Wrong size, color, or personalization details selected by the customer
  • Delays caused by customs, natural events, or carrier issues outside our control

Discounted Replacement (Partial Fee)

In certain cases, we may offer a discounted replacement when the issue is not caused by Duconspace. Examples include:

  • Incorrect size/design chosen at checkout
  • Invalid or incomplete shipping address resulting in lost or returned items

This option helps customers receive a new item at a lower cost instead of repurchasing at full price.


Return & Refund Window

  • Customers must contact us within 30 days from the delivery date to request a refund or replacement.
  • After 30 days, we may not be able to issue support depending on the case.
  • Refund Processing: Once approved, refunds are issued within 1–3 business days. Depending on the payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
