Sadly my hat arrived and was incorrect. Names were not in the family order. After contacting the company they indicted they would send a new hat in the right order and at no charge. Nothing has arrived to date. No further communication has been received which is very disappointing. I have sent numerous emails and no response. I very disappointed.

I ordered a cap and specified names and figures of my grand children. It arrived with a couple of errors. I emailed the company and sent pictures of the errors. They sent me a corrected cap. It is just wonderful! I love it. I highly recommend it and suggest patience. It’s well worth it. I’m buying some for my sons.

Bought this for my brother a year ago. You only had the gray color. Well come to find out it goes with ever piece of clothing he has. Never takes it off. Still look brand new. Has 11 grandchildren. So proud.
