These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Duconspace website (duconspace.com) and any related services operated by Blackants LLC, a business registered in New Mexico, United States (“Duconspace”, “we”, “us”). By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Eligibility & Use of Our Store
To place an order you must be at least the age of majority in your state, province, or country of residence. You agree not to use our products or services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
2. General Conditions
We may refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason. Checkout and payment are processed by Shopify and our payment providers over encrypted (SSL/TLS) connections. Duconspace does not store full payment-card details.
3. Accuracy of Information and Pricing
We work to keep product descriptions, images, prices, and availability accurate. If we discover an error in a price or description after you order, we will contact you before fulfilling the order and you may cancel for a full refund. Prices are shown in USD. The price, shipping charge, and any taxes collected are displayed at checkout before you pay.
4. Personalized and Made-to-Order Products
Products are produced after you order using the personalization details you submit. Product previews and listing images are visual references; minor differences in color, print placement, or scale can occur. You are responsible for reviewing names, dates, spelling, photos, sizes, and other options before checkout.
You confirm that you have the right to use any text, photo, or image you upload, and that it does not infringe anyone’s copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights. We may decline any personalization request that contains unlawful, offensive, or infringing content and refund the order.
5. Orders, Cancellations, Shipping, and Returns
Cancellations and modifications are handled under our Cancellation & Modification Policy. Production and delivery times and shipping charges are described in our Shipping Policy. Remedies for damaged, defective, incorrect, or lost orders are described in our Return & Refund Policy. Those policies form part of these Terms.
6. Billing & Account Information
You agree to provide accurate purchase, payment, and contact information and to keep it up to date so we can complete your order and contact you when needed.
7. Third-Party Services
We use third-party providers such as Shopify, payment processors, production partners, and shipping carriers to operate our business. They receive only the information necessary to perform their services. See our Privacy Policy.
8. Reviews and Submissions
If you submit a review, comment, or suggestion, you allow us to display it on our website. We do not edit reviews to change their meaning, and we do not pay for or offer incentives in exchange for positive reviews.
9. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the website to engage in unlawful activity, infringe intellectual-property rights, harass others, upload malicious code, interfere with website security, or collect personal information without consent.
10. Warranties and Limitation of Liability
We will provide the remedies described in our Return & Refund Policy for products that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from your order, and nothing in these Terms limits those remedies or any rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.
Apart from those commitments and to the extent permitted by law, the website is provided “as is” and we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, Blackants LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Blackants LLC and Duconspace against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or from content you upload that infringes the rights of a third party.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. Changes are posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. The Terms in effect when you place an order apply to that order.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where the consumer-protection laws of your country of residence require otherwise.
