Personalized gifts are worth the wait, but they do need more time than something off a shelf. Every Duconspace item is produced after you order, using the names, photos, and options you choose. Here’s how the timeline works so your gift arrives when you need it.
How long does a personalized gift take?
| Step | Estimated time |
|---|---|
| Production (printing, making, quality check) | 4–5 business days |
| Shipping (transit to your door) | 7–12 business days |
| Total | About 11–17 business days |
Business days don’t include weekends or public holidays. Some large or complex items can take longer. Items are produced and shipped by our partners in the United States or China, depending on the product, and items in one order can arrive in separate packages.
When to order for Christmas 2026
- United States: order by Tuesday, December 1, 2026 for delivery within our maximum estimate. Orders placed after December 9 are unlikely to arrive before Christmas.
- International (Canada, UK, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea): order at least one week earlier because of customs and peak-season volume.
- New Year’s Eve: order by December 7 (US).
These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. All dates are on our Holiday Ordering Dates page.
5 ways to avoid holiday stress
- Shop early. November is the sweet spot.
- Get your details right the first time. Collect names, spellings, and sizes before you order.
- Use the 2-hour window. Spotted a typo? Email support@duconspace.com within 2 hours of ordering.
- Double-check the address. Address problems are the most common cause of holiday delays.
- Track your order. You’ll get a tracking email when it ships. Use our tracking page anytime. The first carrier scan can take 3–7 business days to show.
What if something goes wrong?
If your gift arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, or is confirmed lost, contact us within 30 days of delivery. You choose a free replacement or a full refund. Details are in our Return & Refund Policy.
